Timelines

Players submit timelines for their characters for relevant dark places. This can encompass a wide variety of things, such as living in a city for an amount of time, or being involved in historical and/or Canonical events. There are innumerable options, and we are happy to work with you on developing a timeline that suits your PC.

Approval is still required for events and interactions laid out in the Addendum, and while most backgrounds in dark places are Low Approval, some may require additional levels per the ST chain. Some examples of events that may require a higher approval is being involved in major Canonical or historical events. Those approvals are separate from the timeline submission.

Please use the template below to submit a character timeline for acceptance.

We may want to discuss specific details of your character timeline with you in order to process the submission. The Masquerade Worldbuilding Team reserves the right to deny submissions that are not in keeping with the settings of the game as established both within published material and the Global Chronicle, or that we feel would have a negative impact on the chronicle. While the vast majority of timelines will be accepted within a short period of time, please be aware that submitting a timeline is not a guarantee that it will be accepted
